Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to bookings and services provided by DJ Djingo Django to the client.
2. Booking
A booking becomes binding once both parties have confirmed it in writing and the agreed deposit has been received.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed individually. Deposit and remaining payment are defined in the relevant offer or contract.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are agreed individually in writing before the booking is confirmed.
5. Scope of service
The DJ provides the agreed services personally. In cases of force majeure, an appropriate solution or equivalent substitute will be sought.
