3. Data Collected

When you submit the contact form, the following personal data is collected: name, email address, phone number (optional), desired date, event type, location and message. This data is used solely to process your booking enquiry.

4. Purpose of Processing

The data collected is used to respond to your enquiry and provide a personalised quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

5. Retention Period

Personal data will be deleted after the communication has concluded and the contract has been fully performed, and at the latest after the legally required retention periods applicable in Spain (generally 5 years for booking records).

6. No Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal data will not be passed on, sold or rented to third parties unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

YouTube Videos (Facade): Videos are only loaded after an active click, via youtube-nocookie.com. No connection to Google servers is established before the click.

WhatsApp: The WhatsApp link opens Meta's app or website. When opened, data (including your phone number) may be transmitted to Meta Platforms Inc. See Meta's privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy

Social Media Links: Links to Instagram, Facebook and Mixcloud open external platforms in a new tab. No tracking pixels or embedded content from these platforms are loaded on this website.

No tracking cookies: This website uses only technically necessary cookies. No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or equivalent tracking is used.
